Kelly Galloup's Articulated Barely Legal is fairly light and downsized for one of the bigger articulated streamers. It features a marabou belly and winging on top of a cactus chenille body with a conehead up front to make it jig. Great baitfish profile, many guides and anglers regard the Barely Legal as their go-to streamer for stripping in any river system.
